At Sticks’n’Sushi's Kingston and Canary Wharf locations, designed by Norm Architects, a selection of our fabrics forms part of the restaurant’s warm, tactile material palette. The collaboration introduces rich visual depth and a distinctive sense of character to the calm, contemporary interiors.
A curated selection of our signature designs can be found throughout the restaurants, each chosen for its unique artistry and texture. Featured fabrics include:
- Birdbranch Stripe and Birdbranch Panels in Honey
- Eel Colonnade
- Shell and Crab Panels in Navy
- Pinyin Tree in Sand
- Marble Gum in Grey
- Birds 'n' Bees
- Topical Tropical
Together, they create an interplay of tone and form, from the organic detailing of Birdbranch and Pinyin Tree to the bold patterning of Eel Colonnade, resulting in interiors that feel both vibrant and refined.

Sticks’n’Sushi, founded in Copenhagen in 1994, is known for its considered blend of Japanese and Scandinavian influences. This shared appreciation for craft and materiality makes for a natural collaboration with Timorous Beasties, where pattern and texture play a central role in shaping the dining experience. The brand has recently opened a new restaurant in Glasgow, the city where Timorous Beasties was founded and where our design studio is based, and it’s exciting to see their signature approach to design and dining brought to our home city.
