General Delivery Information

• Delivery costs and times listed apply to website and retail orders only.

• Trade orders will be subject to delivery charges, regardless of value.

• We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

• No deliveries will be made on Sundays or UK Bank Holidays.

International Orders

• Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import taxes, duties and handling fees.

Additional Delivery Charges

• A £10 surcharge applies to all orders that include Lampshades, Fabric, or Superwide Wallpapers. This fee aligns with our couriers' charges for handling oversized parcels.

• Cushions (with pads) shipped outside of the UK will also incur a £10 surcharge.

• Shopper Bags shipped outside of the UK are subject to a £20 delivery charge and take approximately 7–10 days to arrive.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Delivery lead times vary by product. You can find specific timescales on each product page.

• Delivery times provided are estimates and may be affected by customs delays.

• Orders placed during the festive period may not be dispatched until the new year, which will extend delivery times.

Partial Shipments

• If your order includes both printed-to-order and stock products, these items may be shipped separately.

• Separate shipments will not incur additional delivery charges.
