The successful candidate will join a small and supportive team and will manage and maintain the showroom, respond to both in-showroom and remote enquiries ensuring clients experience the upmost professional attention and support.

Hours: Monday – Friday: 9.45 - 17.45
Key Role & Responsibilities
- Grow TB’s sales and presence with retail and trade clients in London and surrounding area.
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge, providing clients with accurate and detailed information to enhance their customer journey.
- Managing sales from product presentation through to client follow up, order process and post order support.
- Actively pursue enquiries arising from showroom visits/email enquiries to achieve sales.
- Promote and offer design and colour advice to key clients through Timorous Beasties design consultancy service.
- Arrange launches of new collections/products and other promotional client events within the showroom.
- Organise and support key client showroom visits and presentations.
- Ensure product and window displays are up to date and reflect TB brand standard.
- Oversee and muck in with showroom team’s day to day running and maintenance of the showroom.
- Management of showroom sampling and collection book libraries
- Ensure stock levels are up to date and that new collections are available to view within the showroom from launch date.
- Manage general showroom administration to include utilities and maintenance bills.
- Manage and support Saturday assistant.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience, working in a retail or showroom environment.
- A natural salesperson providing an exemplary level of customer service.
- Knowledge and flair for interiors and design
- Excellent skills to communicate professionally and confidently with clients
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Highly organised, self-motivated and have a high level of initiative with excellent attention to detail.
- A good team player, willing to muck in and get your hands dirty.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Photoshop & In Design experience would be beneficial.
- Be a knowledgeable and enthusiastic ambassador for Timorous Beasties London.
