Timorous Beasties designed two engraved, polished granite over-slabs for the new Robert Burns Museum in Alloway to mark the walkway from the Museum to Burns’ cottage. The design motifs are informed by Robert Burns poems, Ae Fond Kiss, And Then We Sever, and Death and Doctor Hornbrook, and gravestones from the auld kirk nearby.
Inspired by the thistles and roses festooning the Victoria and Albert Museum's exterior architectural surface, Timorous Beasties re-designed the V&A boardroom in 2010.
In 2018 Timorous Beasties collaborated with leather expert Bill Amberg to create a colourful digitally printed hide.
Timorous Beasties are delighted to be participating at the World Expo 2015 in Milan which will be continuing until October 31st 2015.
Launched for Clerkenwell Design Week 2011, Timorous Beasties’ designs were beautifully rendered as concrete tiles using proprietary moulding technology developed by Graphic Relief.
