The day offered visitors a chance to see a different side of Timorous Beasties, stepping into the spaces where our designs, ideas and projects take shape.

In the shed, we had a selection of our designs displayed in small-scale room settings, giving visitors the opportunity to see the patterns and textiles up close and in context. Alongside these, we had a collection of work from across our history, including previous collaborations, packaging projects and other commissions, offering a glimpse into the breadth of work that sits alongside our textiles and wallpapers.

Over in the print room, visitors could see our screen-printing process first-hand. We were printing throughout the day and invited people to get involved, giving them the chance to pull a screen and experience the process for themselves. It was great to share this part of our practice, particularly as so much of our work begins with the hands-on process of drawing, making and printing.

A big thank you to everyone who came along, had a look around and got involved. It was a pleasure to open up the studio and share some of the work, processes and spaces that make up Timorous Beasties.
