Inspired by Robert Burns poems - 'To a Mouse', 'Ae fond kiss' and 'Death and Doctor Hornbrook', as well as contemporary visual refernces such as windfarms, Timorous Beasties created the design for the 21ftx8ft carpeted artwork now installed in the cafe of the Burns Museum in Alloway. Produced by the world class local craftsmanship of Turnberry Carpets in Ayrshire, the carpet is now on public display in the café of the museum.
