*Festive Season Delivery*
Please note that the last day orders will be taken for any of our ‘print to order’ products will be the 15th of November 2013.
The last day for pre-Christmas deliveries for stock items will be the 20th of December 2013.
Our studio will be shut from the 20th of December 2013 until the 6th of January 2014. No orders will be sent out during this period but deliveries will resume as usual from the 6th of January. If you could please refrain from sending back any returns during this time also, to ensure that not returns are lost.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Express delivery service, costing £5.70, is available for on-line purchases of fabric,wallpaper and ceramics for all postcodes in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Delivery is free of charge on orders of £450 or over.
Express delivery service for cushions and lampshades to the above listed areas is charged at the following rates:-

Express delivery (2-3 days) for wallpaper, fabrics and ceramics is available for all EU countries and costs £10 for orders up to the value of £450, after which it is free of charge.
Express delivery (2-3 days) for cushions is available for all EU countries and costs £15 for orders up to the value of £450, after which it is free of charge.

Once an order is placed with our on-line shop it will be dispatched within 2 working days, unless the 'lead time' states otherwise. We operate a next day delivery for UK though this may vary depending on postcode and access. EU delivery is 2-3 days from dispatch. We shall not be liable for delays and/or failures in delivery if we cannot gain access to the property.
Please note: Our courier will need a signature for delivery. Please ensure that someone will be in at the delivery address you have supplied on the day specified. If no one is in, the courier will leave a card or send an email to notify you that they were unable to make the delivery. You will then have three days to contact the courier for redelivery. If you fail to contact the courier in the specified timeframe, they will then redirect the item back to our studio. If you require the item to be dispatched again after it has been returned to studio, you will be charged for packing and dispatching again.
Additional charges may apply for the storage of the products if the customer delays delivery, for more than three weeks after the estimated date for arrival. Delivery dates are not guaranteed but we will do our utmost to ensure goods are delivered within the stated date or soon afterwards. If you have not received your order within 7 days from placing your order please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to investigate the non-arrival.
Risk of Damage in Transit
We carry the risk of loss or damage to the products until you receive them. The products belong to you when you have received them and have paid us in full. If you return the products to us for any reason, they will become our property and be at our risk from the time we receive them.
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund on all goods returned to us within 28 days from the dispatch of order provided they are in the original packaging (where applicable), unused and in a re-saleable condition. Unfortunately we are unable to accept the return of goods that are printed to order or fabric and superwide wallpaper which is cut to your specifications unless faulty.
When you buy online you have additional rights as a consumer under the Distance Selling Regulations. If you as the purchaser notify us in writing to the email address or returns address below, of your wish to return an item within 7 working days of receiving it, we will refund you for both the purchase price and the delivery charge. Please make sure you take reasonable care of the item whilst it is in your possession, and that it's returned to us unused.

Returns, Timorous Beasties Studio, 7 Craigend Place, Glasgow G13 2UN. Please retain a certificate of posting from your post office or a record of the tracking number as proof of postage.
Products can also be delivered to our London or Glasgow showrooms with the refund slip or proof of purchase.
